EcoTech Marine enlisted the help of our award winning photography team to document one of their new products in action while capturing the beauty of the coral reef tanks in their Bethlehem, Pennsylvania based office.
Under pressure to meet a tight deadline, Element Media sent its creative team to EcoTech to meet with their team late on a Friday night and discuss strategy for the shoot. Working closely with EcoTech founders Justin Lawyer and Patrick Classen we came up with a unique method of capturing the power of their VorTech MP10 Propeller Pump. Armed with a plan of attack, we arrived on location early Saturday, set up our mobile studio and documented the 3 primary reef tanks in the office. Once again, we relied heavily on the talented DeAnn Berger from Chixel.net to handle post production and color correction. Late Saturday night after a marathon editing session we sent proofs to the client to gather feedback and by Sunday afternoon we had completed the final corrections.
