Starfish Brasserie is the brainchild of Kristofor Sandholm, since taking over ownership of Starfish Brasserie in early 2009 he has manifested his vision of maintaining an Ecofriendly sustainable Farm2Table Restaurant. Through their network of local purveyors, Starfish buys, prepares and serves only the freshest Sustainable Fish and Seafood, as well as the Freshest Local Organically Farmed and Raised Ingredients.

Starfish chose Element Media to integrate, develop and market and advertise their next generation website powered by WordPress — an online presence allowing potential diners to instantly see what’s happening at their downtown Bethlehem, Pennsylvania location. We’ll also be helping them take a big bite out of the 8,000 daily local internet users who go online in search of their next meal.
